Being in the wellness field, having multiple health degrees and a partner who is an avid nutrition and fitness expert ~ I have experienced so many different types of nutritional theories and know that not all strategies work for everyone. My hope is that if you still haven’t found a lifestyle that keeps you healthy and in charge, that this could be a really awesome option!

I am proud to be certified in this Intuitive Nutritional Mindset Course because of the holistic and realistic approach as well as the effectiveness and results people continue to experience everyday. This course focuses on making-over your relationship with food from the inside out: providing an opportunity to embody food as fuel and not as a form of comfort. This program is a great way to change your habits without overwhelming you with counting calories, restricting your intake, carrying around containers or any crazy meal plan. We’re going to be focusing on what you CAN eat so you can feel full, satisfied and in control. This program equips you with the tools and support to become more in-tune with what works for you and your body – because none of us are exactly alike.

Of course you are welcome to workout during the program if you’d like, but it is not necessary for you to gain confidence, get results and make sustainable changes to your eating habits.

This course was created by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Ilana Muhlstein, as a practical and simple weight loss solution. She battled years of yo-yo dieting and finally was able to gain control while losing 100 pounds and keep it off by changing her relationship with food and the scale. You’ll get her recipe ideas and meal prep help, plus tips for conquering emotional eating and more. My team and I have been following this course for months and continue to be blown away by how simple, realistic and effective it is!
