Ever since the day I decided: “Why Not Me?”

Ever since I became a coach I have been taking MYSELF on –> making more time for ME.
.:.
Mentally. Physically. Soulfully.
.:.
There have been times when I have felt selfish for carving out time and putting more emphasis on my own well-being –> and then I realize just how much I benefit from investing in me: I feel better, set healthier boundaries, am more focused, more productive and able to give from overflow.
.:.
Since it is technically my ‘job’ to workout, lead by example and be my best self –> I am prioritizing my workouts, meal planning, scheduling down time, diving into personal/professional development and saying no to things that are not in alignment with what I want and need –> how freakin’ awesome is that –> to be PAID for making my wellness a priority!
.:.
By me taking on the role and responsibilities of supporting others in being healthier & happier –> I have been committed to authentically leading by example.
.:.
The more I want for my clients and coaches to be balanced, happy and whole –> the more I realize I want and need that too.
.:.
The more I help others with their mindset –> the more I am driven to dive deeper into my own thought process.
.:.
The more I hear excuse after excuse and soooo badly want for those I am helping, to overcome their challenges –> I am motivated to identify and address what has been holding me back and find realistic solutions.
.:.
As more men and women courageously share with me their uncertainty about their ability to reach their wellness goals, their concerns about not being ‘good enough’ to be a coach & their true desires of what they want to create –> I am humbled and able to honestly reflect on my own insecurities and desires.
.:.
Since becoming a coach –> my life continues to get better and better because I continue to get better through growth, persistence, honesty and opportunity.
.:.
Being a coach is a journey; one that you never ‘arrive’ at ‘having it all figured out’ –> it IS however undeniably rewarding and continues to bless me in endless ways
.:.
Today & everyday since I decided to act upon ‘What if?’ & ‘Why not me?’ —> I am grateful and rewarded for my courage, commitment & compassion
